Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. We've written it to describe what this site actually does — not a generic template.
What we collect
Information you submit directly. When you use the contact form or schedule a strategy session, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
Interactive assessments and checklists. The scored assessments and the downloadable checklists on this site run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, stored, or transmitted anywhere — closing or refreshing the page clears them.
The accessibility checker. The scan at /accessibility/checker/ also runs entirely in your browser, including the bookmarklet and console versions, which work against pages on your own site. We do not see what you scan or what it finds. The single exception is opt-in: if you use the form beneath your results to ask us to review them, that submission sends us your name, email address, any organization you enter, the page address you checked, and the list of findings. We use it to reply to you about that enquiry. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at hello@limitedlimeconsulting.com.
Standard hosting logs. Like nearly every website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Vercel) that automatically logs standard technical information for security and reliability — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We don't use this data for marketing or tracking individuals.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font requires a request to Google's servers, which will see the request's IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy. We don't use this integration for tracking.
What we don't do
- We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site today
- We don't set marketing or advertising cookies
- We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes
- We don't use the assessments or checklists to build a profile of you — they don't transmit data anywhere
If that changes — for example, if we add privacy-friendly analytics to understand site traffic — we'll update this page to reflect it.
How we use what you submit
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, or deliver services you've engaged us for. We retain this information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@limitedlimeconsulting.com. We'll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
