About This Score
This measures your program, not your code.
A ten-question self-assessment can't tell you which WCAG success criteria your site fails — that takes code review and assistive technology testing. What it does measure is whether you have the practices that make conformance achievable and provable: testing, ownership, training, vendor management, and evidence.
Organizations that score low here are usually more exposed than their site alone would suggest, because nothing is catching problems as they're introduced.
